New Student Orientation and BBQ

We are glad to announce that RCSSA is going to hold two annual activities to welcome the new students this year, the new student orientation and BBQ, over the next weekend of Aug 25, 26. Here are the details of the two events:
1. New Student Orientation
Time: 1:00 PM, Saturday, Aug 25, 2007
Location: SERC 111, Busch Campus, Rutgers Univ.

Details: Please utilize this opportunity to make interactions and friendship with both old and new students. A group of RCSSA board members would share with you a lot of surviving tips and living experience. All the chairpersons of on-campus Chinese clubs would make introductions of their organizations. All old and new students are welcome to this event, that is why we reserved the largest classroom at SERC.
2. New Student welcome BBQ
Time: 12:00 at noon, Sunday, Aug 26, 2007
Location: bbq field behind Nichols Apartment, Busch Campus

Details: All are welcome to join this BBQ before the new term starts. We have prepared a lot of delicate food and drink to fresh you up before summer ends. Come to meet the new students, establish connections, most importantly, enjoy the food and fun.
